ABOUT THIS PAINTING
A grizzly bear has been a primary subject of interest for me for as long as I can remember. After extensive research and the compilation of reference materials, I developed two distinct compositions—the first of which I am proud to present here, with the second still to come to life.
I feel a profound connection to this iconic animal, a species that is increasingly at risk due to declining salmon stocks, habitat fragmentation, and the impact of pesticides on their food sources. Addressing these challenges is essential—not only for the preservation of the grizzly bear but for the integrity and health of our global ecosystem.
